They can also view their account balance and change their base pack subscription.
In addition, users can add add-ons and a-la-carte channels, recharge their broadband plan, and make quick payments via credit card, debit card, or internet banking. The app also provides a payment history and displays the latest and 7-day upcoming schedule for all channels on TV Guide. Users can register any complaint and track their complaints. The app also helps users find their Local Cable Operator and provides customer care contact details.
The UCN Self-Care App also offers additional features such as easy program search and TV listings. This free app is available on the Android platform.
